STEP BY STEP
From Clay to Finished Ceramic
Casting
Precision moulds and high-pressure casting give each piece a consistent shape.
Glazing
A smooth, hygienic glaze that resists stains, scratches and bacteria.
Firing
Kiln-fired at 1280°C for strength and low water absorption.
Quality Check
Inspection and flush testing before packing and dispatch.
FIRING

Loaded on the Kiln Car
Glazed pieces are set out on refractory boards and rolled into the kiln, where they are fired at high temperature for a dense, stain-resistant finish.
